I reserve the right to decline your commission, whether that be because it is on my list of things I won't draw, my commissions are not currently open, etc.

Do not use my work for commercial purposes, unless we have discussed it and I've given you permission. If you'd like to use my work for commercial purposes, please contact me and we can work something out! This pertains to both my artwork and my character designs. Please do not sell merch of them (prints/keychains/whatever for your personal use are fine), make them a character in some sort of media you plan on making money off of, etc.

Do not use my artwork for anything related to NFTs or other blockchain-adjacent things, or add them to any sort of AI art generator.

Do not upload my artwork onto other sites without my permission (other than toyhouse or wherever you store your characters)! If we've talked about it and I've given you permission, you can repost it as long as I'm credited.

I will not give refunds if a piece is completed. If it is not completed, feel free to contact me and we can work something out as far as a partial refund depending on if I've started a piece and how much work I've done on it.

If you have a specific idea in mind for your commission, please tell me and be as detailed as you want! I send sketch WIPs and I am more than happy to change things at that point, but if I'm to the lining or coloring phase, there may be an additional fee for major edits (different character, completely different pose, etc.). That being said, if you are very unsatisfied with your commission, please let me know and I'll do my best to fix it to the point that you're happy with it. If the mistakes are totally my fault (something looks wonky, I forgot something, etc.) I will never charge an additional fee.

Do not edit my artwork without my permission. If you've changed a character's design and want to edit a piece of art I've made a bit, feel free to contact me! I'm usually pretty laid back about edits being done to my art, but just make sure to contact me first, because I judge it on a case-by-case basis.

Feel free to ask me about an update on your commission whenever-- I do work a full-time job and sometimes have issues with hand pain, so I may be slower some times than others. I'm more than happy to give updates, so don't be afraid to contact me!

Do not resell a design that you got in a trade.

You may voucher a design that was traded to you for how much you have personally spent on it (commissions, etc.). You may also add on the price of your own art but please be reasonable.

Please credit me for the design and original artwork if you upload your character anywhere.
